1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Fantasy Sports League platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
Fantasy Sports League is a skill-based competition platform. It is not a betting, gambling, or wagering service. All outcomes are determined by participant skill in selecting teams, assigning strategy roles (Captain, Vice-Captain), and applying limited power-up items (Boosters).
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it before participating in contests.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Team Submission Rules
- Teams must consist of exactly 11 players within a 100-credit budget.
- Role composition rules must be satisfied (1 Wicketkeeper, 3 Batsmen, 3 Bowlers, 1 All-Rounder minimum).
- Maximum 7 players from any single real-world team.
- Team selection locks at the time of the match toss and cannot be edited after.
- One Captain (2x multiplier) and one Vice-Captain (1.5x multiplier) must be assigned.
6. Boosters
Boosters are seasonal items that modify point calculations. When a booster and a Captain/Vice-Captain multiplier both apply to the same player, the highest multiplier wins — they do not stack multiplicatively.
7. Prize Distribution
- All season reward pools are funded entirely by external sponsors, not by user entry fees.
- Rewards are distributed in cryptocurrency only after the relevant league is completed and finalized.
- All transactions are published on-chain with verifiable transaction hashes.
- Unclaimed rewards are forfeited after 48 hours.
- You must have a valid wallet address set in your profile to receive prizes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools for team submission.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate leaderboard rankings.
- Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bypass validation rules.
- Impersonating other users, sponsors, or administrators.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Decisions are made after manual admin review — there are no automated bans.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain transaction delays, or interruptions to service during scheduled maintenance.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification.
